RETURNS

Left On Thread will happily accept any returns or exchanges that meet the following requirements:

• All returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged.

• Items purchased between November 24th-December 23rd are eligible for return through January 9th, 2026. Online purchases: for store credit only. In-store purchases: for exchange or store credit.
• Due to fast moving inventory, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases as we cannot guarantee availability of the item(s). You may request a return and use your store credit to place a new order for the item you wish for instead. We only replace items if they are damaged or defective (subject to availability).
• Shipping charges are not refundable.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
After you complete your purchase and your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking information necessary. Please note, Left on Thread is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so double check your shipping address before placing your order, and keep an eye on your tracking number so that you secure your package right when it is delivered.
