Shipping & Returns

Left on Thread will happily accept any returns or exchanges that meet the following requirements:
  • All returns must be scent free, unworn, unwashed, with all tags attached.
  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Orders
  • Items must be returned within 30 days of date purchased, for store credit only.
  • Due to fast moving inventory, we do not offer exchanges for online purchases as we cannot guarantee the availability of the item(s). You may request a return and use your store credit to place a new order for the item you wish for instead. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged
  • You may return your online purchase in-store for store credit or exchange.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.

 In-Store Purchases
  • In-store purchases must be returned within 14 days for exchange or store credit only.
  • If your in-store purchase exceeds the 14 day return window, you will not be eligible for an exchange or return.

  • Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 48 hours.
  • Your order will take 2-3 business days from shipment date to be delivered.
  • We provide tracking information on all orders via email.
  • Standard shipping within the US is free for orders $100 or more.
We currently do not offer international shipping.

After you complete your purchase and your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation with all the tracking information necessary. Please note, Left on Thread is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages, so double check your shipping address before placing your order, and keep an eye on your tracking number so that you secure your package right when it is delivered.
